Day 4 is going well!



Yesterday ended pretty good too! Met with a friend for dinner and we split an order of swordfish with Cajun seasoning, grilled asparagus and grilled zucchini and I had a 1/4 cup brown rice. Yummy!


Got home pretty late but was determined to prep for today.

Made quinoa with tomatoes and chickpeas with spicy shrimp on top. Then grilled up some zucchini too. Had that for lunch today and it was really tasty!

Breakfast was a green smoothie with 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup apple slices, about 1 cup almond milk and spinach. Taste was an improvement over the other days but the texture was too weird. Oh well!

Feeling good today. Satisfied.

Had coffee and creamer earlier and for snack had 1 hard boiled egg, 1/4 cup almonds and half a pink lady apple. Surprisingly satisfying!!
